Founders and coordinators of the Circle
One partner runs the continuity practice and brings the engagements. The other runs the programmes and keeps the Circle alive. Between them, industry and banking — the two sides of resilience.

The ERGP Circle
Passing ERGP admits you to the Circle — a private community of practitioners who hold the certificate, coordinated by the two founders. The Circle is small today and grows with every certificate issued.
Membership is earned once, at the examination, and carries three things with it.
- A quarterly Circle session: one real case, dissected with the founders and the examiners
- New modules and regulatory readings — NCEMA, CBUAE, SAMA — reach members before publication
- Working templates from live engagements
- A private member directory with specialisation and contacts, open to members only
- Direct access to the examiners and to each other
- Peers who solve the same problem in the next industry
- We assign Circle members to client engagements — audits, dashboards, continuity systems
- Members with standing become examiners and co-authors of modules
- Your name in the public register, verifiable by any employer
How you join.
The Circle is open to holders of the ERGP certificate. Programme details →
For organisations: engage the Circle
Need hands for an audit against NCEMA 7000 or ISO 22301, a continuity and risk dashboard, or a continuity system built with your team? Tell us the task. We assign a Circle member — a practitioner whose level we have examined ourselves — and the founders stay on the engagement as coordinators.
Engage a Circle memberHow the practice works
The plans we write for clients we first executed ourselves — in an industrial giant, in an international bank, under a regulator's inspection. Our plans are short and written for the worst day.
A conversation about the cost of a downtime day ends with a decision. In every engagement a model appears where a disruption reaches revenue and profit.
We assemble the recovery scheme in working sessions with those who will act, and leave the organisation a shared language along with the documents.
The practice covers industry, finance, insurance, transport, IT and retail; ISO 22301 and AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000; preparing organisations for audits and for the conversation with the regulator. More than eight hundred professionals have completed our programmes. The methodology is published openly — in the library and the glossary on this site.
Examiners of the Circle
Capstones are examined by the senior tier of the Circle — invited practitioners with 20+ years in risk and continuity who keep the bar honest. As the Circle grows, its members with standing join them. Senior practitioners who wish to lend the Arabic edition their judgement can apply on the programme page.
